《基础乐理与视唱》是全校通识选修课。课程教学的目标是增强和拓展学生的乐理知识，提升学生的识谱能力，能基本独立识读曲谱。学生通过本课程学习，可掌握音乐表现的各种基本要素，提高识谱能力和音乐欣赏能力，为声乐演唱、分析影视作品、提升音乐素质打下良好的基础。本课程虽然以基础理论和视唱技能教学为重点，但在教学中会结合德育和美育的基本理念和内容，通过提升艺术修养来达到德育和美育目标。

本课程内容主要包括：音及音高；音组、音域与音区；音符与休止符；五线谱的记谱法；节奏与节拍；音程；音乐中常用的记号和术语；和弦；大调式、小调式及民族调式。

本课程的主要特色在于注重应用，加强能力和情感的培养。乐理是基础，但乐理的学习目的在于应用。因此，本课程将视唱与乐理组合，更注重大学生将基本乐理应用于视唱训练，提升识谱能力，培养学生的音乐情感和素养。

English Introduction：

Basic Music Theory and Sight Singing The teaching purpose is to broaden students' knowledge on music theory , improve students' ability to read music staff independently. This course aims at providing the basic requirements for all kinds of music performance, advancing students’ ability of music staff reading and music appreciation. The skills will lay a solid foundation for improving students’ singing and music accomplishments, help them do a good job in analysing film and television work. It will mainly focus on basic theory and sight-singing skills, but in the meantime, the course will integrate moral education and aesthetic education in the teaching as a goal to improve artistic cultivation.

Teaching contents include: tone and pitch; group, range and register; note and pause; notation staff; rhythm and beat; melodic interval; common marks and terms in music; chord; major mode, minor mode and national mode.

The course emphasizes on application with an aim to advance students musical ability and emotion connection. Music theory is trained as the foundation to apply. This course combines it with sight singing, and pays more attention to the application of basic music theory in singing training, so as to improve the ability of reading music staff and cultivate students' music emotion and accomplishment.
