中文简介：为落实“立德树人”的教育根本任务，秉承“以美育人”的教育理念，本课程以人为本，将提升大学生思想政治教育放在首位，以音乐指挥为载体，全面培养学生的组织管理和艺术审美能力。指挥作为乐队或合唱团的艺术引导者，需要具备较强的乐感、扎实的音乐理论基础、熟练的乐器演奏（演唱）技巧和组织沟通能力。

本课程供全校具有较好音乐基础的学生选修，课程注重理论与实践结合，对于学生的身心健康、团队精神、领导能力和人格的塑造具有独特的功能。通过课程学习，学生能够掌握基本的指挥图式和常用的指挥技术、合唱指挥的基本规则与表现技能。通过艺术实践获得组织排练的经验，为丰富校园文化艺术生活贡献力量，成为各学院的文艺骨干，成为繁荣我校校园文化的中坚力量。

English Introduction：

Cultivating people by virtue and educating people with aesthetics have always been our teaching objectives. This course emphasizes on people and takes music command as the carrier to comprehensively cultivate students' organizational management and artistic aesthetic ability. As the art guide of a band or chorus, a conductor needs to have a strong sense of music, a solid foundation of music theory, a skilled instrument playing (singing) skill and the ability of organization and communication.

This course is an elective course for students with good music foundation. It focuses on the combination of theory and practice. It has a unique function in shaping students' physical and mental health, team spirit, leadership and personality. Through the course study, students can master the basic command schema and common command technology, basic rules and performance skills of chorus conductor. Through art practice, I have gained the experience of organizing rehearsal, contributed to enrich the campus culture and art life, become the literary backbone of each college, and become the backbone of the prosperity of our campus culture.
