中国民族民间舞蹈是我国艺术殿堂中重要的组成部分，《中国民族民间舞蹈基础》为实践类艺术选修课程，它收纳了我国最具代表性的藏族、蒙古族、维吾尔族民间舞蹈为主要内容，从零基础学生的实际出发，针对性的优化教学方法和措施，以舞蹈律动和舞蹈基本动作为主要手段，融不同民族舞蹈风格于一体的身体训练。从掌握单一元素动作训练、小短句训练，逐渐递进至综合组合训练，旨在通过实践学习，提高学生身体的协调能力及表现能力，以达到外在形体运动的协调和内在精神气韵的和谐，有效地促进传统文化的传承和发展。

English Introduction：

Foundation of Chinese Folk Dance is an important part of the art palace in China. This elective course is practical with the most representative folk dances such as Tibetan, Mongolian and Uygur dance. Starting from the basic, it optimizes teaching methods and measures, and takes dance rhythm and basic dance as the main content. movement as the main means, blending different dance styles. From single element movement training and short sentence training to comprehensive combination training, the aim is to improve students' physical coordination ability and performance ability through practical learning, so as to achieve the coordination of external body movement and the harmony of internal spirit, and effectively promote the inheritance and development of traditional culture.
