本门课程是一门艺术类通识教育选修课程，主要面向非艺术专业学生开设。课程以表演元素中的想象力、感受力、专注力、表现力为教学重点，并穿插交流训练、小品训练为主要教学内容。课程融入了国内外诸多先进的表演教学方法，比如：斯坦尼斯拉夫斯基演员素质训练、中央戏剧学院表演教研室表演基础元素训练等。课程旨在帮助学生了解戏剧表演基础知识，掌握戏剧表演基本创作方法，激发学生对表演艺术的热爱，提高学生戏剧表演创造力。

English Introduction：

This course is an art general education elective course, mainly for non art majors. The course focuses on the imagination, sensibility, concentration and expression of performance elements, and the main teaching contents are communication training and sketch training. The course integrates many advanced performance teaching methods at home and abroad, such as Stanislavsky actor quality training, performance basic elements training of Central Academy of drama. The purpose of the course is to help students understand the basic knowledge of drama performance, master the basic creative methods of drama performance, stimulate students' love for the performing arts, and improve their drama performance creativity.
